Terms and Conditions for M2O Chatbot

These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS messaging program for the M2O chatbot service operated by Austin AI, LLC ("Austin AI," "we," "us") at m2o.austinai.io ("the Service"). By texting the Service or opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

The M2O chatbot is a conversational SMS service. When you text a question or request to our number, the Service replies with relevant answers and assistance. The Service may be operated directly by Austin AI or deployed on behalf of a business client.

2. Opt-In and Consent

You opt in by texting the Service or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS replies to your inquiries from Austin AI via an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your use of the Service. Messages are sent only in response to a question or request you initiate. You will not receive unsolicited, recurring, or promotional messages.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages sent and received. Austin AI does not charge for the SMS program itself. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a single message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to your number. To rejoin, text the Service again or opt back in through m2o.austinai.io.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number and message data are handled as described in our SMS & Messaging Privacy Statement. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Supported Carriers and Disclaimer

The Service is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability; we are not responsible for delays or failures outside our control.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the mobile number used.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

11. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

The Service, including chatbot responses, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Chatbot responses are generated automatically and may contain errors; they do not constitute professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austin AI's liability arising from the SMS program is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (if any).

12. Changes and Termination

We may modify these terms or discontinue the SMS program at any time. The current version will always be posted at m2o.austinai.io with its effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
